Mr Wajed respects the approved-fee policy that most Private Insurers recommend for both outpatient consultations, investigations and operations.
Fees are charged in line with the level of benefit that has been set by the insurance company to your policy, and invoices will be usually be sent directly to them. You will normally not have to pay for any additional treatment costs. Please note however if you have opted for an excess on your policy, or the treatment proposed is outside the policy limits then you will be responsible for the balance deficit. You are advised to get in touch with your insurance provider for authorization before any consultation or treatment.

Appointments can be booked directly through the Nuffield Hospital Exeter website, and do not require referral from your GP or Specialist. Please however provide as much information about your condition, including previous investigations, medical records and correspondence in advance and/or bring them along with you.
The Nuffield Hospital Exeter provide all-inclusive Fixed-Price Fee Service for some procedures and operations. This covers hospital charges, surgeon and anesthetist fees and a routine follow up appointment.
