Mr Wajed offers advice and medical reports for Claimant, Defendant or as a Single Joint Expert, relating to potential Clinical Negligence cases and Personal Injury claims in his specialist areas, compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35.

Mr Wajed has provided medico-legal services since 2019. He has undertaken training as a Medical Expert Witness and received certification from the Cardiff University School of Law.

Approaches for informal advice from Legal Representatives and Solicitors in the first instance are welcome.
