Exeter Upper GI Team present video of novel LINX procedure at the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland (ALSGBI), held at the Royal College of Surgeons, London.
A DVD entitled “Laparoscopic Magnetic Bead Augmentation of the Lower Oesophageal Sphincter (LINXTM) for Gastro-oesophageal Reflux Disease”(Chan KE, Brewer JO, Wajed SA) was one of only five video selected for presentation the Scientific Session of the ALSGBI meeting held in London on the 14th -15th of November 2013.
The presentation was delivered by Miss Katie Chan on behalf of Mr. Wajed and the Exeter Department of Upper GI Surgery, and was very well received and commended by the audience, all specialist laparoscopic surgeons.
